Chicago HOPES presents Bright Lights for Bright Kids IV, an evening of music to benefit Chicago HOPES and its afterschool programs for students living in homeless shelters. The musical lineup includes headliners Minor Characters supported by Debello and Dead Sheriff. The event also includes a select VIP dinner and raffle.
